Every activity is well documented and undergoes the same process as required and mentioned in our production manuals. All staff are well trained for their jobs.

Exceptionally hygienic work conditions are maintained by us and our experts individually inspect all the ingredients, spices and edible oils to ensure that our products remain unadulterated and healthy. Our quality control department is equipped to meet stringent quality demands of our clients.
Each and every production stage has the quality control department checking the product thoroughly before going to the next stage. All of our product variants are tested on different quality parameters, such as taste, ingredients used and freshness. This exercise helps us in offering quality product to our clients, thus adding to the satisfaction of our clients.
At each stage of production, we are much conscious about aroma, taste, quality & Hygiene of our Khakra. We procure superior quality Wheat consistently, & get ground. 100% Whole Wheat Meal is used ? No ?Maida? (Wheat Flour), & Roasted with a little amount of best quality edible oil. No preservatives, No Artificial Flavors are added. It is Vacuum packed for longer freshness & crispiness. Also, longer shelf-life and protection from breakage is achieved simultaneously. Needless to state, Khakra is nutritious & Hygienic Food with High Fiber, Low in Calorie & Fat.

Packaging

Packaging and delivery is another aspect where intense care is taken. Packaging is done as per international standards, to ensure that the freshness of the product remains intact for a longer duration of time. We provide high barrier vacuum pouches for Khakra packaging.

Our vacuum packaging provides protection against oxidation, preserves aroma or flavors by retaining volatile components and impedes bacteria proliferation by its virtual absence of oxygen and water hence you can increase the shelf life of Khakra.

Standard packing sizes
:

  • Unit Packing ? 200gms Vacuum Pouch
  • Bulk Packing ? The 200gms Khakras are then packed as 1 kg packets (5 packets of 200gm each) and kept ready for dispatch

Health and Hygiene

We maintain healthy environment and cleanliness in the manufacturing unit as our products are consumed across the country across all age groups. We are promoting great health by serving nutritional food to our health conscious consumer. Health issues take the top most priority in product formulation and Quality Control aspects. Though until now we have maintained every procedure on the same lines, we wish to go for ISO 9000 systems for our food products.
